Not only am I hugely relieved to have it done with such stress-less ease but I am surprised that I like the look of our pool and yard better with the pool fence in place. Didn’t expect that.
Justin came to explain the product and installation, and provide an estimate (provided within an hour). I had done online research first, but he explained more and answered all my questions quickly and completely (and I ask a lot of questions). I did not go for another estimate because he was so straight up. He wasn’t “selling” but calmly, clearly, simply describing a good product he believes in and backs up. My perception was of an honest person running an honest business. I was right.
The installers, Gabe and Jesus, were the same way. The feel wasn’t of casual employees or sub-contractors, but good people partnered in an organization they believe in and competent owners of their own labor and skill. Easy, on time, friendly, professional, gave good information and advice, were fun to work with. For example, the location of gate installation had to be decided. It was suggested that some people like to place a gate where it is not only efficient but also most attractive (longest fence span where most visible from the house). I didn’t think of this, but it is something that would make a difference to me every day looking at it. I do appreciate that input every day.
We were given a lesson on how the gate works, given the keys (like keys to a new car), walked through how to remove the fence if we wish, and given fine points about how to reinstall it best and adjust the gate close tension after doing so. Good stuff to know that we wouldn’t have thought to ask, and that most contractors would not think of or take time to tell.
Every emailed communication and question was easy. Selection of colors was easy (clear explanation of pros/cons and photo examples). Scheduling was easy. Confirming time was easy. Installation was easy. Payment was easy. The price was easy. Given the quality of the process and installation, it was very good.
